- One day of cleanup (2026-07-10): 88 → 47 skills. Duplicates, dead tools, course tooling, and unused personal skills removed
- The frontend pile is now two skills: impeccable (project-invested craft) + design-styles (drive-by work, 6 skills merged with routing)
- Most fire automatically off trigger phrases — you don't need slash syntax, just say the words
- Everything removed is backed up in ~/.claude/skills-removed-backup-2026-07-10

11How to actually remember these
Info
Descriptions are in context every session. Saying "grill me on this plan" or "break this down" fires the skill. The habit to build: before starting anything non-trivial, ask "is there a skill for this shape of work?"
Success
morning, evening, goblin, grilling, find-out. If only these five become habits, the cheatsheet paid for itself.
